Definitions
- Service: refers to the Discord bot, associated website, dashboard, APIs, and related services.
- User: refers to any individual who interacts with the Service.
- Server: Owner refers to the individual who invites or manages the Service within a Discord server.
- Discord: refers to the communication platform operated by Discord.
- Content: refers to any information, messages, files, configurations, tickets, logs, or data processed through the Service.
- TOS: refers to Terms of Service
- Creator: refers to the service maker and affiliated parties
Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction in line with COPPA Privacy Laws to use this service.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in line with Discords TOS and COPPA.
- Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Possess authority to manage any server where you install or configure the Service.

License to Use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely through Discord and its authorized integrations.
This license may be revoked at any time and the code within may not be used for any purpose other than education

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Premium Features
If premium subscriptions, donations, or paid services are offered:
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Access may be revoked upon chargebacks, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES
- INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- SPECIAL DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS
- LOSS OF REVENUE
- LOSS OF DATA
- LOSS OF GOODWILL
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE SERVICE DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Developer, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable law
- Content submitted through your use of the Service
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including:
- Software
- Source code
- Designs
- Logos
- Trademarks
- Documentation
- Branding
remain the exclusive property of the Developer unless otherwise stated. No ownership rights are transferred through use of the Service.
Privacy

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Ohio, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
